International Shipping Notice
Important International shipping notice for all customers outside of North America:
Make It RC is located in, and all items are shipped from the United States of America. Make It RC offers international shipping for most items sold on this online store. You will be notified if any item cannot be shipped to your country on the ‘Check Out’ page after adding your shipping information. At that time you will also be able to view all shipping options, and the costs for each shipping option. Additional fees and taxes from your government or package carrier may apply after your order has been shipped and before you can receive your package, depending on the rules and regulations of the country you are receiving the package in.
Packages being delivered to some countries outside of the United States may require additional fees to be paid to the carrier or government prior to it being delivered. These include but are not limited to; customs fees, duties, taxes, and tarifs. These fees are separate from the shipping charges paid to Make It RC at check out, and are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. Make It RC is not responsible for any further fees after the transaction is complete, except for fees pertaining to an improperly weighed package, or having mislabeled the contents of the package in a customs label/document. If you believe a fee you received is a result of a labeling error made by Make It RC, we may require you to present evidence of this by sending an image(s) to our email address.
If you choose not to pay these additional taxes or fees and the carrier returns the package to Make It RC, we will issue a refund for the products upon their return. This refund only covers the cost of the products, and does not include any shipping payments made at checkout. All shipping fees made at check out are non-refundable.
Any fees sent to you after check out is complete are not issued by Make It RC, they will usually be sent to you via your local postal carrier. For more information, refer to your country's rules and regulations regarding imported merchandise. Your country's mail service website may also have information regarding what fees may apply.
We cannot tell you what fees or taxes may be required for you to pay, but we can provide you with information such as what your package weight will be, and HS (Harmonized System) codes for specific products.
Although we certainly understand the frustration, please understand any fees or taxes required by your carrier or government is outside of our control. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
